•  Life is not easy... we come to life to learn and bring back to the Universe what is in our experience... the Universe is experiencing itself through us... Life is not easy... but we are part of the Universe... nothing of us gets lost... every of our actions and thoughts will remain forever in the memory of the Universe... every Human Being is precious... we need to help each other... and to do our best to transform the Earth in a place hospitable to live... where no one is afraid to be born ... where every Human Being finds enough to live and is respected as Spiritual Being... and the Nature is treasured too.
  
• Spiritual Love and "Human" Love are interconnected ... they don't exclude each other ... Spiritual Love helps to understand Human Love and Human Love helps to understand the Spirituality.
  I don't understand people that say to be religious and in the same time they hate the human love... very often they are ready to kill and torture in name of religions.

Consciousness is also compassion... without compassion is no Consciousness.

Life in the place called Paradise:

  Democracy in Paradise is a serious and literal word. This means that every citizen of the place is Member of the Parliament.

The session of Parliament never ends and everyone is invited to participate from a distance (via computer) and time to time due to a mostly casual choice, in person.

Near the Parliament, that you see here in blue... it is a very large building made in shape of a blue dome, there is the main house of the reign, where is kept the food. Not all the food is in one place, but this is the main storage area.

The Parliament Square is surrounded by tens and tens of arches that are the portals that connect with many places of the reign.

People arrive directly here from every part of the place through these portals. Some people may arrive even through ship from planets that are not directly linked with the system yet.

In the picture you can see even some of the emerald towers that surround the Parliament Square. Some of them emerge directly from the sea.

Parliament City is located over the sea... the planet is almost completely covered in water and the majority of the creatures are marine creatures.
The Parliament is also partially submerged in water and inside the hall there are opening on the sea where citizens from the water worlds can paricipate to the meeting.  A gran part of the meeting happens under the water and that part of the discussion is broadcasted to the people that are standing out of the water.

Every house of the reign is connected via small portals to the main house and every house is granted with a minimum amount of food.
The rest of the food is created by the citizens that cultivate the land surrounding their houses.
What the citizen produce that they can't consume.... the surplus... get sent via portals to the main house where it is adequately stored and distributed.

Every decision is public and transparent, every moment is available to everyone data about the food storage and the situation of the reign.

Every citizen that produces culture... works also for the reign... all the cultural products...in any form... are also stored in the computer-system of the reign. And are available for everyone to be visited ad enjoyed.

The library of the reign is immense, it is an open university that everyone can visit whenever they want.
Artists have expositions stall around the library, the stalls are available by simple booking.

I remember you that this place works without money... it is a complex world but it is fair as it is possible to everyone.

I'll talk more in detail in future posts ... here I just wrote some notes which give a first idea of what's going on there.

 La democrazia in Paradiso è una parola seria e letterale. Ciò significa che ogni cittadino del luogo è membro del Parlamento.La sessione del Parlamento non finisce mai e tutti sono invitati a partecipare a distanza (via computer) e di tanto in tanto tramite una scelta per lo più casuale, in prima persona.Vicino al Parlamento, che vedete qui in azzurro ... è un grande edificio costruito in forma di una cupola blu, si trova la casa principale del regno, in cui è conservato il cibo. Non tutto il cibo è in un unico luogo, ma questa è la zona di stoccaggio principale.La piazza del Parlamento è circondata da decine e decine di archi che sono i portali che collegano con molti luoghi del regno.La gente arriva direttamente qui da ogni parte del luogo attraverso questi portali. Alcune persone possono arrivare anche attraverso navi da pianeti che non sono ancora direttamente collegati con il sistema.Nella foto potete vedere anche alcune delle torri smeraldo che circondano la Piazza del Parlamento. Alcune di loro emergono direttamente dal mare.Parliament City si trova sopra il mare ... il pianeta è quasi completamente coperto di acqua e la maggior parte delle creature sono creature marine.Il Parlamento è anche parzialmente immerso in acqua e all'interno della sala si trovano aperture sul mare da dove i cittadini provenienti dal mondo acquatico possono paricipare alla riunione. Una gran parte dell'incontro avviene sotto l'acqua e quella parte della discussione è trasmessa via monitor alle persone che si trovano in piedi o sedute fuori dall'acqua.Ogni casa del regno è collegata tramite piccoli portali alla casa principale e a ogni casa è concessa una quantità minima di cibo sufficiente per chi vi abita.Il resto del cibo è prodotto dai cittadini che coltivano i terreni circostanti le loro case.Ciò che il cittadino produce dalle terre che circondano l'abitazione può essere consumato dagli abitanti stessi, tutto il cibo prodotto che eccede il consumo personale .... il cosiddetto surplus ... viene inviato tramite portali alla casa principale dove viene adeguatamente conservato e distribuito.Ogni decisione è pubblica e trasparente, ogni momento sono a disposizione di tutti i dati circa la conservazione degli alimenti e la situazione del regno.Ogni cittadino che produce cultura ... la produce anche per il regno ... tutti i prodotti culturali ... in qualsiasi forma ... sono anche memorizzati nel computer del sistema del regno. E questi beni culturali sono a disposizione di tutti per essere essere visitati e goduti.La biblioteca del regno è immensa, è un'università aperta che tutti possono visitare ogni volta che vogliono.Gli artisti hanno esposizioni intorno alla biblioteca, gli stand sono disponibili con una semplice prenotazione.Ti ricordo che questo posto funziona senza soldi ... è un mondo complesso ma è giusto in quanto garantisce a tutti il diritto di vivere in pace.

Ne parlerò ancora in dettaglio nei prossimi post... qui ho scritto solo alcune note che danno una prima idea di quello che succede laggiù.

Paradise... we are here! ( A home in Paradise - 1 )

Our ship was orbiting around a group of planets... that we knew well... a Planet with its three moons. All four were inhabited.

We were standing in front of the monitors waiting to receive the authorization to land.

Soon was arriving the communication from the guiding center... a guy dressed in white saluted us from the screen.

Namasté - he said - welcome to ****

Me and my husband saluted and presented our credentials ... the Master and the Poet were pretty close to us... they could see everything well.

After a while appeared on the screen a creature that was very similar to a sea lion. The Master and the Poet were amazed.

Me and my husband saluted bowing... that creature was - in terrestrial terms - one of the kings and queens of the place.

He was communicating via telepathy and the computer was translating in a loud voice (but we could receive pretty well his/her heart even without computer-translation).

Welcome my old friends! Said... what a joy to have you here again! Ah... I see Y you are back in the physical realm... I was perceiving something great today.

Well well...  come to visit me soon! He/She said before disappearing.

We were very joyful... so many good memories came back to our mind... finally the atmosphere of Home!

The guy of the guiding center went back on the screen...

Wonderful - he said - welcome home!

Where do you want to live?

I couldn't speak for the emotion...

Where there is place... possibly a quite place... - said my husband Y and than he looked at my eyes.

There is a new land with a few settlers in the region ****  was one of the three moons of the system. A place made for the majority by water... like the main planet and the other two moons.

There is a circle of houses with new land... are you willing to make it flourish?

Oh yes I will - said Y with tears in his eyes.

 There are other five houses in the surrounding... but they are pretty distant... the land in common is at the center of the circle where it is also the portal to the main city.

Ok we will be there gladly, thank you - I said.

We soon landed on that gracious moon... the guiding center was moving the ship to the place.

We landed on a beautiful flat island, surrounded by pink beaches.

Indeed there were only a very small group of houses... with a large extension of  land.

We step out of the ship. I took all my things... because my ship was going to disappear to the center where are all the ships are stored and cared. Eventually I could ask it back... that one or another one... one available.

The house was a two-storey house, with just two large rooms one on the ground floor and one on the first floor... built with a material similar to earthenware... it was a coral pink as the sand of the beach. That was the exterior shell of the house... but it was hiding many technological wonders.

We entered in the house. Inside was nice and fresh. A low table enough large for six people, pillows to sit on the floor that was cover with wood. 

One side was a sort of tatami... that can be used to sleep or sit. In the bottom of the room was the computer of the house and the techno-connection for the exchange of things and food with the main house... big as a large microwave oven.

The Master and the Poet were all content and excited... we were showing how everything works... because for a month that was going to be their home too.

At the first floor was the master-bedroom with another large tatami and a wardrobe where was available more materials that we took down to our guests... so they could sit and rest with more space available.

I gave the guests something to eat... a liquid food similar to a soya milk and coconut milk together... the drink arrived in the special technological connection to the main house (where it is stored all the food of the place that I am calling Paradise)... that device works on demand. It is possible to order small amount of food that we may need at the moment. The food appears in a device that seems a sort of microwave oven. 

I set up via computer what we needed at the moment... and it arrived. I showed the Master and the Poet that they could have the same drink and food when they wanted, simply touching the screen aside the oven and opening the door.

It was a powdered food in a small cup of paper that I mixed with water in a jar... and the drink-food was ready.

We all needed some of that... the travel and those few step towards the new home were beautiful but very tiring. We all sat down and drink our meal.

Later we all had some rest.

La nostra nave era in orbita attorno a un gruppo di pianeti ... che conoscevamo bene ... un pianeta con le sue tre lune. Tutti e quattro i corpi celesti erano abitati. 
Eravamo di fronte ai monitor in attesa di ricevere l'autorizzazione ad atterrare. Presto arrivò la comunicazione dal centro di guida ... un giovane vestito di bianco ci saluta dallo schermo. 
Namasté - ci ha detto - benvenuti a ****
 Io e mio marito salutiamo e presentiamo le nostre credenziali ... il Maestro e il Poeta erano abbastanza vicino a noi ... potevano vedere tutto bene. Dopo un po' è apparsa sullo schermo una creatura che era molto simile a un leone marino. Il Maestro e il Poeta erano stupiti.  Io e mio marito lo salutiamo inchinandoci ... quella creatura era - in termini terrestri - uno dei re e delle regine del luogo. Stava comunicando tramite la telepatia e il computer stava traducendo a voce alta (ma potevamo ricevere abbastanza bene il suo cuore anche senza la traduzione del computer). Benvenuti cari miei vecchi amici! Ha detto ... che gioia di avervi di nuovo qui! Ah ... vedo Y sei tornato nel regno fisico ... stavo percependo qualcosa di grande oggi.  Bene bene ... vieni a trovarmi presto! - Ha detto prima di sparire dal monitor.  Eravamo molto felici ... tanti bei ricordi erano tornati alla nostra mente ... finalmente l'atmosfera di casa! Il ragazzo del centro di guida è tornato sullo schermo ...Meraviglioso - ha detto - benvenuti a casa! Dove vorresti vivere? Non riuscivo a parlare per l'emozione ...Dove c'è posto ... forse un posto tranquillo ... - disse mio marito Y e poi mi ha guardata negli occhi. C'è un nuovo terreno con alcuni coloni della regione **** era una delle tre lune del sistema. Il luogo era fatto per la maggior parte da acqua ... così come erano composti d'acqua il pianeta principale che le altre due lune.  C'è un cerchio di case con nuove terre ... siete disposti a fare fiorire quel terreno?  Oh sì - ha detto Y con le lacrime agli occhi.

 Ci sono altre cinque case nelle vicinanze ... ma sono abbastanza lontane ... la terra in comune è al centro del cerchio dove si trova anche il portale per la città principale. 
Ok saremo lieti di vivere in quel luogo, grazie - dissi. 

Ben presto siamo sbarcati su quella luna gentile ... il centro di guida stava muovendo la nave per raggiungere il luogo. 
Siamo atterrati su una bellissima isola piatta, circondata da spiagge rosa. 

Infatti c'erano solo un piccolo gruppo di case ... con una grande estensione di terreno. 

Usciamo fuori dalla nave. Ho preso tutte le mie cose ... perché la mia nave era destinata a scomparire verso il centro dove tutte le navi vengono cusdodite e curate. Eventualmente l'avrei potuta chiedere indietro... la stessa oppure un'altra al momento disponibile.

 La casa era una casa a due piani, con solo due grandi stanze una al piano terra e una al primo piano ... costruita con un materiale simile alla terracotta ... era un rosa corallo come la sabbia della spiaggia. Quello era il guscio esterno della casa ... ma all'interno si nascondevano molte meraviglie tecnologiche. 

Presto siamo entrati in casa. Dentro era bello e fresco. C'erano un basso tavolo abbastanza grande per sei persone, cuscini per sedersi sul pavimento che era coperto con il legno. 

In un lato della stanza c'era una sorta di tatami ... che può essere utilizzato per dormire o sedersi. Nella parte inferiore della camera era il computer della casa e la  tecno-connessione per lo scambio di cose e cibo con la casa principale ... l'apparecchio era grande come un forno a microonde. 

Il Maestro e il Poeta erano tutti contenti e eccitati ... stavamo mostrando loro come funziona il tutto ... perché per un mese quella sarebbe stata anche la loro casa. 

Al primo piano c'era la camera da letto principale con un altro grande tatami e un armadio nascosto nella parete dove erano disponibili altri materiali che abbiamo preso e portato al piano terra per i nostri ospiti ... in modo da poter dare loro da sedersi e riposare con più spazio a disposizione.

Ho dato agli ospiti qualcosa da mangiare ... un alimento liquido simile a un latte di soia e latte di cocco insieme ... la bevanda è arrivata tramite il collegamento tecnologico speciale con la casa principale (in cui è conservato tutto il cibo di questa civiltà che sto chiamando Paradiso) ... quel dispositivo funziona su richiesta. È possibile ordinare piccole quantità di cibo di cui potremmo avere bisogno in questo momento. Il cibo viene materializzato in un dispositivo che sembra una sorta di forno a microonde.

Ho messo su via computer quello che ci serviva in questo momento ... e dopo poco il cibo è arrivato. Ho mostrato al Maestro e al Poeta come potevano avere la stessa bevanda e cibo quando volevano, semplicemente toccando lo schermo presente accanto al forno e aprire la porta.

Era un alimento in polvere in una piccola tazza di carta che poi ho mescolato con acqua in un vaso ... e la bevanda-cibo era pronta.

Avevamo tutti bisogno di quel cibo ... il viaggio e quei pochi passi verso la nuova casa erano stati molto belli, ma molto faticosi. Ci siamo tutti messi seduti attorno al tavolo e abbiamo bevuto il nostro pasto.

Più tardi siamo tutti andati a riposare.

 

Food and Water are Human Rights

We need to stop destroying food to keep the value of money. It is absurd to destroy food that is real life to mantain the value of a symbolic thing like the money.

We need to take care of all the food that remains unsold... food that could produce more jobs for all the unemployed people.

The unsold food could exit from the market regulated by the money and enter in a special market that recuperates the value of this resource, also giving dignity to all people that nowadays are excluded from the economy.

I think that this could be a good idea... a good start to solve the injustice that we are facing everyday!

Stop wasting food, stop to the segregation through unemployment!

What I think about the food - Che cosa penso riguardo al cibo

I try not to be an extremist with the food... but with the experience I can say that the more the diet goes towards the vegan side... the better is.
Anyway, as in some ancient traditions, I am not rejecting, but indeed I welcome with love and gratitude, any donated food.

Cerco di non essere un estremista con il cibo... ma con l'esperienza posso dire che più la dieta va verso il lato vegan... e meglio è.  

In ogni caso, come in alcune tradizioni antiche, io non rifiuto, ma anzi accolgo con amore e riconoscenza, qualsiasi cibo donato.

The health through the food and water - La salute attraverso il cibo e l'acqua

This that I am writing is a secret for good health that I gathered in my spiritual research, in my travel
between worlds.

It is very helpful to be thankful to the food that we eat and the water that we drink. Particularly the water: we need to take a moment to bless the water before to drink it.

If you want, you can ask for the help of God/Goddess, as you know they are within you. Thell them that you want to feel better drinking the water.

Pray the Water herself, because Water is a deity of Wisdom and Intelligence, ask Her to heal your body and your mind.

Be grateful to the water and be conscious that Water is an Intelligent Being, a Spiritual Being.

A vegetarian diet is very helpful. Very occasionally is good a little amount of fish. Very important is to choose not genetically modified food.

But, again, the best thing is to be truly thankful for the living beings, vegetables or animals (the lesser possible) that gave their lives for our life.

It is very good to substitute gradually animal food with vegetarian and vegan food. Vegetables and legumes are very nourishing and also contain a lot of proteins. Beans, peas, lentils and chickpeas are wonderful for human nutrition. Also nuts and seeds are very beneficial for our good health.

Questo che sto scrivendo è un segreto per una buona salute che ho raccolto nella mia ricerca spirituale, nel mio viaggio tra i mondi.

È molto utile essere grati per il cibo che mangiamo e l'acqua che beviamo. Specialmente l'acqua: abbiamo bisogno di prendere un momento per benedire l'acqua prima di berla.

Se si desidera, si può chiedere l'aiuto di Dio/Dea, che come sapete sono dentro di voi. Dite loro che volete sentirvi meglio bevendo l'acqua.

Inoltre, pregate l'acqua stessa, perché l'Acqua è una divinità della saggezza e intelligenza, chiedetele di guarire il vostro corpo e la vostra mente.

Siate grati per l'acqua e siate consapevoli che l'acqua è un essere intelligente, un essere spirituale.

Una dieta vegetariana è molto utile. Molto occasionalmente è salutare scegliere pietanze a base di pesce. È molto importante scegliere alimenti non geneticamente modificati.

Ma la cosa più importante è di essere veramente grati per gli esseri viventi, vegetali o animali (il meno possibile) che hanno dato la vita per la nostra vita.

È molto buono sostituire gradualmente il cibo animale con cibo vegetariano e vegano.  

Ortaggi e legumi sono molto nutrienti e contengono anche un sacco di proteine. Fagioli, piselli, lenticchie e ceci sono meravigliosi per la nutrizione umana. Anche noci e semi sono molto benefici per la buona salute.

Economy is organized like a prison - L'economia è organizzata come una prigione

Economy is organized as a prison, it is also given more importance to unimportant things. The system is turning money in a mean of control, a chain that get shorter and shorter for the controlled (that are more and more). The credit crunchers are using the resources lent by the people to keep people in chains. The controlling forces are using the old ways of the petrol, the unhealthy food and the fear to keep people quite. Spiritual life is a luxury for the few fortunate one, and the majority of people need to learn how to do dubious methods to make money. In the mean time the environment is suffering and there are a lot of people that are missing the more elementary resources to live. Human beings - rich and poor - are every day more stressed to run this race. Essential food and a shelter are human rights. We need to rethink our life on earth before arrive to more dramatic conflicts.

L'economia è organizzata come una prigione, è anche data più importanza a cose senza importanza. Il sistema sta trasformando i soldi in un mezzo di controllo, una catena che diventa ogni giorno più corta per la maggior parte delle persone. I credit crunchers utilizzano le risorse prestate dal popolo per tenere la gente in catene. Le forze di controllo utilizzano i vecchi metodi come petrolio, cibo malsano e la paura per tenere la gente ferma al proprio posto. La vita spirituale è oggi un lusso per pochi fortunati, tutti gli altri per campare devono ingegnarsi a entrare nel sistema delle fregature per ingannare il prossimo. Nel frattempo l'ambiente sta soffrendo e ci sono un sacco di persone a cui mancano le più elementari risorse per vivere. Gli esseri umani - ricchi e poveri - sono ogni giorno più stressati per poter continuare a correre questa gara. La disponibilità di alimenti essenziali per vivere e di un rifugio sono diritti umani. Dobbiamo ripensare la nostra vita sulla terra prima di arrivare ai conflitti più drammatici.

Food for spiritual beings as human rights - Cibo per esseri spirituali come diritto umano

On the 13th of March 2013 my Mum sadly passed away. In that period I was deeply meditating every day because I could feel that my life was going to change radically. I was in a constant state of trance and I could travel beyond worlds and dimensions. In that time I was in contact with the Universal forces, the sacred "matrix" where everything is constantly created. The Universe is a multidimensional living being and every person and living being is part of him/her. It is clear that every creature needs other living creatures to survive, but it is very important to be respectful towards every form of life, trying to avoid violence and disrespectful behaviour. Because human beings are able to understand many things, if they want, it is very important to be conscious as much is possible of our actions.

One year ago in my meditations I came in contact with some Universal Deities and I received important knowledge about health and food. Obviously I must say that I am not a medical doctor and what I am writing here comes from my intuitions during meditation. I know for sure that following these knowledge I was able to loose 25 kilograms in very short time. This was my experience.

In one of those meditations with the Universal Deities I received the following message that I want to publish again here:

"It is very important a personal reflection about the non-violent food.
[Food] It is an exclusive choice of the Person.
But for the impartial Truth of the Human Spirituality is well to know that: 1 ) all the Living Creatures are Equal. 2) The Human Liver is very closed to the liver of the Pig (it can be transplanted successfully in a Human and consequently is a scientific truth that a Human Being in Good State of Health is Perfectly Able to create Human proteins only starting from fresh vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts.) 3) Eating FRESH FRUIT, FRESH VEGETABLES and NUTS is perfectly sufficient for a Human Being. 4 ) Some Native tribes lived on meat, but the Animal killed was worshipped as Messenger of Divinities or manifestation of the Goddess/God. Therefore were celebrated special ceremonies to honour the Animal that had given her/his Body for their Life. 5 ) The meat that we can find at the supermarket is a Spiritual donation from Living Creature that very often has been treated by humans as INFERIOR SPECIES (and this is a great lack of respect for the Spiritual energy of the whole Universe, it is a lack of respect to Love and Light). If we need for medical or climatic reason to eat this meat we need to acknowledge with Sincerity the Spirit of the Animal and Thank the Living Being that so generously donated Her/His Life for our physical existence. We need to be Grateful and try to live in Spirit of Peace as thanksgiving to the Spiritual Donation from the Animal Generosity. 6 ) Is well to do all is in our power to stop the lack of respect against the Animals, all the Animals in-distinctively. 7) In case of depleted health of a Human Being they are available many other proteins from exclusive vegetable origin (i. e.
