Ieri sera ho visto il film sulla vita di Vincent Van Gogh e chiaramente mi ha ricordato l'importanza di cercare la luce,
specialmente nei momenti più difficili, quando tutto sembra contro di te.
È come l'aereo che si alza da terra sfruttando la spinta dell'aria che lo preme in alto sotto le ali.
Quando lo spirito è indistruttibile le avversità danno forza.

Last night I saw the film about the life of Vincent Van Gogh and clearly reminded me of the importance of looking for light, especially in the most difficult moments, when everything seems against you. It is like the plane that rises from the ground using the thrust of the air that presses it high under the wings. When the spirit is indestructible, adversity gives strength.

Pink and Gold, Pink and Gold are the colours that are with me now.
Pink and Gold, cause Blue is too cold, but Pink is the Blue of the Red Family.

Just for me - Solo per me

Solo per me ho creato una collana con la rosa bianca.

Con la rosa bianca, e quattro cuori di quarzo rosa.

Solo per me l'ho creata, per ricordare quello che sarò, quello che sono, e quello che sono stata.

Come quel giorno lontano in cui 12 alti sacerdoti

scesero dall'astronave.

Non me lo aspettavo,

ma loro arrivarono.

Evidentemente ero pronta,

come lo sono adesso.

Sono sempre pronta,

solo che in alcune vite,

mi capita di dimenticarlo.

A volte sì, mi capita di dimenticarlo.

Ma non è colpa mia.

Just for me I created a necklace with a white rose.

Only for me I have created it, to remember what I will be, what I am, and what I was.

Like that far day in which 12 high priests arrived.

They left the space-ship.

I did not expect it,

But they arrived.

Obviously I was ready,

As I am ready now.

I am always ready,

Only in some lives,

It happens that I forget it.

Sometimes yes, it happens that I forget about it.

But it is not my fault.

Tribute to the inner artist - Omaggio all'artista interiore

Arte e spiritualità sono quasi la stessa cosa. Molti artisti sono anime antiche che hanno memorie anche di altri mondi... altri mondi anche più antichi, avanzati e pacifici del nostro. Mondi che per tradizione sulla Terra vengono chiamati "Paradiso".
Comunque anche la Terra è stata vista fin da subito - almeno da alcuni dei fondatori - come terra facente parte del Paradiso a tutti gli effetti.

Le anime antiche hanno bisogno di meditare, di pregare e di fare arte.
Le anime antiche hanno il diritto di concentrarsi sul lato spirituale della vita.

A questo punto mi vengono in mente le parole dette da Gesù in difesa di Maria che veniva rimproverata da Marta di non dedicarsi abbastanza ai lavori domestici.

Senza dubbio c'è anche chi riesce ad esprimere la propria spiritualità attraverso il lavoro materiale e attraverso la precisione e l'efficienza nella vita di tutti i giorni.

Comunque tutte le persone si meritano di essere rispettate e apprezzate per le loro caratteristiche particolari e uniche come esseri umani. Siamo tutti diversi proprio perché ognuno sia libero di dare il proprio apporto alla Comunione chiamata Umanità.

Art and spirituality are almost the same. Many artists are ancient souls who have memories of other worlds ... other worlds that are or were even more ancient, advanced and peaceful than our. Worlds that traditionally on Earth are called "Paradise".
However, even Planet Earth has been seen right away - at least by some of the founders - as a Paradise in all respects.

Ancient souls need to meditate, pray, and do art.
Ancient souls have the right to focus on the spiritual side of life.

At this point I remember the words spoken by Jesus in defense of Mary who was scolded by Marta not to devote enough to domestic work.

No doubt there are also those who express their own spirituality through material work and through the precision and efficiency of everyday life.

However, all people deserve to be respected and appreciated for their particular and unique characteristics as human beings. We are all different because each one is free to give his or her  contribution to the Communion called Humanity.

Giro a piedi di mattina presto. Non corro, ma cammino. Cammino e medito. Ogni tanto scatto delle foto. Queste sono fatte con una piccola Pentax a 3.2 di risoluzione. Non mi preoccupo: è una fotocamera piccola e leggera e inoltre ci sono affezionata. E comunque i colori vengono bene. Quando siamo in cammino bisogna alleggerire lo zaino.
I walk early in the morning. I do not run, but I walk. Walk and meditate. Every once in a while shooting photos. These are made with a small Pentax at 3.2 resolution. I do not care: it's a small, light camera and I'm also fond of it. And anyway the colors are fine. When we are on the road we have to lighten the backpack.

Il fiore più bello - The most beautiful flower

Il fiore più bello, amore mio, è il tuo cuore.
Il tuo cuore che batte ancora nel mio.
In qualche modo, lo sento, batte ancora nel mio.
E la tua mano soave è nascosta nel tocco di ogni fiore.
Non parlo di un fiore reciso e messo in un vaso.
Ma sfiorando un fiore vivo, i delicati petali, ricordo il tocco della tua adorabile mano.

The most beautiful flower, my love, is your heart.

Somehow, I feel it, is still beating in my heart.
And your gentle hand is hidden in the touch of every flower.
I'm not talking about a cut flower... a cut flower that stands in a jar.
But touching a lively and alive flower, the delicate petals, I remember the touch of your lovely hand.
