Questo disegno a me piace molto... fa vedere come la solitudine sia difficile, comunque anche quando siamo soli... ci sono ancora gli alberi, la natura, tutti coloro a cui vogliamo bene, che sono sempre tanti... vicini e lontani. Quando ho fatto questo disegno risentivo ancora di un senso di spaesamento... e così anche questa figura che rappresenta l'altro me... si appoggia all'albero della vita e stringe i denti.

 This design I like very much ... it shows how loneliness is difficult, however, even when we are alone ... there are still trees, nature, all those we love, which are always so many... they may be near or far away. When I did this drawing I still resented even a sense of disorientation ... and so this figure, that represents the other me, leans to the tree of life and grits his teeth.

Essendo umani... noi umani... siamo... prima di tutto esseri umani, e questo può bastare per sentirci tutti fratelli e sorelle.
Poi la religione che uno sceglie e segue... può andar bene... ma prima di tutto bisogna amarci come sorelle e fratelli... prima di ogni altra cosa, prima di ogni altra ideologia o convinzione, prima di discutere di questioni di fede.

Being human ... we are human ... ... first of all human beings, and this is enough to feel all brothers and sisters.
Then the religion that one chooses and follows ... may be fine ... but first of all we must love each other as sisters and brothers ... before anything else, before any other ideology or belief, before discussing issues of faith.

Uno dei miei giochi preferiti da bambina: queste tre bamboline, una imbronciata, una triste e una sorridente. Un giocattolo geniale!
Queste tre hanno resistito a tutto e ora si trovano qui nella mia nuova casa, hehe!

Queste bamboline sono un semplice giocattolo, ma questo semplice giocattolo, se lo guardiamo bene,  ci svela il segreto dell'umanità: ogni persona sperimenta la felicità. la rabbia e la tristezza. Da questo punto di vista noi esseri umani siamo tutte e tutti sorelle e fratelli e da qui possiamo ripartire insieme e scegliere un futuro di pace e rispetto, di amore.

Terrestrial human beings are thinking to go in the Universe to expand their civilization... all is well, the universe is vast.

But it is good to know that in the Universe exist already interplanetary federations of  living beings and civilizations... many of them are human beings very similar to us.

To venture the space we need a change of mentality, we need to channel the energies, physical and psychic energies, in something more positive than wars and destruction for money.

In the inter-stellar communities are very appreciated the culture and the philosophy. New ideas and a loving and caring attitude are priceless treasures that will bring our civilization in the gold of inter-stellar travels.

When a living being has culture and good manners to offer is well appreciated everywhere.

The will of express brute force will encounter the same behavior in the space... what we are we attract.
It is up to us.

In the vast universe similar beings and vibrations attract one another... the Universe is a Conscious Being, nothing really happens by accident.

We need to abandon the self destructive attitude, the attitude that ignores and mistreat the weak and timid ones and bow in front of the merciless ones. No, we need to honor the people that still have a pure heart. 

Because only with a pure heart we can travel safely in the universe and be respected as human beings.

We need a serious inter-religious dialogue, because when was introduced the idea of One God... the so called monotheistic religions... the intention was to help people to have the same wavelength ... instead... here on Earth we are still fighting one another.

The main religions say that there is only one god... and they still fight one another... if this is not a lack of faith, what else is?

Of course God/Goddess if you wish so, is only one, but the way to pray can be different as  many people exist on the planet.
It is good that every person have a direct dialogue with God/Goddess... because this is not a privilege, is a human right to be able to have a true and free spirituality.

Because when a person knows directly God, is also connected with her/his True Self, and is able to know his/her True Self ... and is able to decide what to do in life without external guidance, and this is essential for any advanced civilization.

Advanced civilizations are based on freedom, and freedom can be experienced only in a place where individuals are free and mature enough to enjoy this blissful condition being able to bring their creative contribution, being co-creative with the same characteristics of God/Goddess, without damage themselves and the freedom of other beings... and this can be seen only where freedom is widely available since the early years of life of every person.

Planet Earth needs new leaders that give the example with honest, non-violent and transparent attitude. Leaders can't be only a small number of people that keep secrets and privileges, but instead leaders can be all the citizens with good will... citizen that are simply doing their best as human beings.

Gli esseri umani terrestri stanno pensando di viaggiare nell'universo per espandere la loro civiltà... tutto va bene, l'universo è vasto. Ma è bene sapere che nell'Universo esistono già federazioni interplanetarie di esseri viventi e civiltà... molti di loro sono esseri umani molto simili a noi. Per avventurarsi nello spazio abbiamo bisogno di un cambiamento di mentalità, abbiamo bisogno di incanalare le energie, energie fisiche e psichiche, in qualcosa di più positivo di guerre e distruzioni per soldi. Nelle comunità inter-stellari sono molto apprezzate la cultura e la filosofia. Nuove idee e un atteggiamento amorevole e premuroso sono tesori inestimabili che porteranno la nostra civiltà nell'era d'oro dei viaggi inter-stellari. Quando un essere vivente ha la cultura e le buone maniere da offrire è ben apprezzato in tutto l'universo. La volontà di esprimere la forza bruta incontrerà lo stesso comportamento nello spazio... ciò che siamo si manifesta attorno a noi con gli esseri e le situazioni che si manifesteranno attorno a noi. Tutto ciò che siamo o che saremo spetta a noi, alla maturità che potremo esprimere come civiltà. Nel vasto universo esseri e vibrazioni simili si attraggono l'un l'altro ... l'Universo è un essere cosciente, niente accade per caso. Abbiamo bisogno di abbandonare l'atteggiamento auto-distruttivo che fino ad oggi ci ha purtroppo contraddistinto in molte occasioni, l'atteggiamento che ignora e maltratta deboli e timidi e si inchina davanti quelli spietati. No, abbiamo bisogno di onorare le persone che hanno ancora un cuore puro. Perché solo con un cuore puro possiamo viaggiare in modo sicuro nell'universo ed essere rispettati come esseri umani.

Abbiamo bisogno di un dialogo interreligioso serio, perché quando è stato introdotto l'idea di un Dio unico... le cosiddette religioni monoteiste... l'intenzione era quella di aiutare le persone ad avere la stessa lunghezza d'onda... invece... qui sulla Terra stiamo ancora combattendo l'un l'altro. Le principali religioni affermano che vi è un solo Dio... e ancora gli uomini sulla Terra combattono l'un l'altro... se questa non è una mancanza di fede, che altro è? Naturalmente Dio / Dea, se lo si desidera, è solo uno, ma il modo di pregare può essere diverso, come esistono molte e diverse persone sul pianeta. E' bene che ogni persona cerchi un dialogo diretto con Dio / Dea... perché questo non è un privilegio, è un diritto umano di essere in grado di avere una vera e libera spiritualità. Perché quando una persona conosce direttamente Dio, è collegata anche con il suo Vero Sé ed è in grado di conoscere la sua vera natura... ed è quindi in grado di decidere cosa fare nella vita senza guida esterna, e questo è essenziale per qualsiasi civiltà avanzata. Le Civiltà avanzate si basano sulla libertà, e la libertà può essere vissuta solo in un luogo in cui gli individui sono liberi e maturi abbastanza per godere di questa condizione felice, di essere in grado di portare il loro contributo creativo, essendo co-creativi con le stesse caratteristiche di Dio / Dea, senza danneggiare se stessi e la libertà degli altri esseri... e questo può essere visto solo dove la libertà è ampiamente disponibile a partire dai primi anni di vita di ogni persona. Il Pianeta Terra ha bisogno di nuovi leader che danno l'esempio con l'atteggiamento onesto, non violento e trasparente. I leader non possono essere solo un piccolo numero di persone che mantengono segreti e privilegi, ma invece leader possono essere tutti i cittadini di buona volontà... cittadini che stanno semplicemente facendo il loro meglio in quanto esseri umani.

Express our true essence - Esprimere la nostra vera essenza

It is so important to express our true essence ... This helps human beings to overcome difficulties and violence. Because excess of uniformity leads to frustration and frustration leads to the violence. There is no compensation for the lack of manifestation of true self, never through obsessive purchases. È così importante manifestare la nostra vera essenza... questo aiuta gli esseri umani a superare le difficoltà e la violenza. Freedom of choice - Libertà di scelta

Che senso ha accumulare ricchezze, sfruttare altri esseri umani e l'ambiente per poi sentirsi minacciati? Che senso ha guadagnare tanto denaro e poi non avere occhi e cuore per la vita, delegare ad altri lo sfruttamento di altri esseri umani per poi essere intimoriti da incomprensioni e minacce. Che senso ha formare bande di potere per diventare potenti condividendo segreti che ci trasformano in tiranni? Come ci si guarda allo specchio quando il cuore è scuro e sparito in un nulla di violenza e umiliazioni? Anche costruendo e gestendo tanto potere non si può apprezzare più la tranquillità, perché un potere fondato sull'ingiustizia e sulla segretezza dei privilegi non dà libertà, ma la toglie. E non toglie la libertà soltanto agli sfruttati, ma anche agli sfruttatori. È stancante e inutile questo gioco a guardie e ladri, questo gioco tra innocenti e assassini. Questo schema angusto attanaglia l'umanità e ci toglie la libertà di scelta.


What is the point of accumulating wealth, exploit other humans and the environment to feel threatened? What sense does it earn much money and then not have eyes and heart for life, delegating to others the exploitation of other humans to be frightened by threats and misunderstandings. What sense does it make for power bands become powerful sharing secrets that transform people in tyrants? How do you look in the mirror when the heart is dark and vanished into a thin air of violence and humiliation? Also building and running much power you can't appreciate the tranquility, because a power founded on injustice and the secrecy of privilege does not give freedom, but takes it off. And it does not detract from the freedom only to the exploited ones, but also exploiters. This is tiring and pointless game of cops and robbers, this game between innocents and killers. This cramped schema is gripping humanity and takes away freedom of choice.

I am Vanessa free spirit, I received the gift of life for free from the Universe. I know, it is not by accident that I am here. I want to live and do my best to express my gratitude for this life, my gratitude for all the other brothers and sisters humans that are sharing the life experience. I've had the big fortune to be born, be loved and I am willing to be a help to the other human beings. I say no-one is here in vain, and anyone has a precise reason to be here. It is right that every person is respected, because our soul is immortal and we are born here to feel loved and to help other people. This is the maximum for a living being: feel loved and feel needed. All the other things comes later. I dream a world where no-one is excluded or exploited. "Free spirit" means simply this: want to see the human rights respected on this planet. It is not right to see people doing cold calling and then feeling alone. We need to re-invent how we spend life on this planet. Put the passion and the truth at the centre, because all the other things are incidental. Living with truth means open the door of the perception and be sensible to the magic of the nature and all the living beings. I dream to see a world of kindness, truth and respect: a world without violence among human beings and towards the environment. I write Vanessa free spirit because I want to stand up for the human rights, and to do so I have to stand up for myself because I am a woman and I have a vision of freedom and empowerment for all the women and all the human beings. Empowerment means also to renounce to the exploitation of other human beings, empowerment means feel at peace and behave with honesty and the sweetness in the heart. Humankind: there is a lot to do.

Io sono Vanessa spirito libero, ho ricevuto il dono della vita gratuitamente dall'universo. Lo so, non è un caso che sono qui. Voglio vivere e fare del mio meglio per esprimere la mia gratitudine per questa vita, la mia gratitudine per tutti gli altri fratelli e sorelle esseri umani che condividono questa esperienza. Ho avuto la grande fortuna di nascere, di essere amata e sono disposta ad essere un aiuto per gli altri esseri umani. Dico che nessuno è qui invano, e chiunque ha una precisa ragione per essere qui. È giusto che ogni persona sia rispettata, perché la nostra anima è immortale e siamo nati qui per sentirci amati e per aiutare le altre persone. Questo è il massimo per un essere vivente: sentirsi amato e sentirsi utile agli altri. Tutte le altre cose vengono successivamente. Sogno un mondo dove nessuno è escluso o sfruttato. "Spirito libero" significa semplicemente questo: voglio vedere i diritti umani rispettati su questo pianeta. Non è giusto vedere persone costrette a vivere dimenticando la propria anima, parlando con voce fredda e falsa per poi sentirsi sole. Abbiamo bisogno di re-inventare il modo in cui spendiamo la vita su questo pianeta. Mettere al centro la passione e la verità perché tutte le altre cose sono incidentali. Vivere con verità significa aprire la porta della percezione ed essere sensibili alla magia della natura e di tutti gli esseri viventi. Io sogno di vedere un mondo di bontà, di verità e di rispetto: un mondo senza violenza tra esseri umani e verso l'ambiente. Scrivo Vanessa spirito libero perché ho voglia di alzarmi in nome dei diritti umani e per farlo devo lottare per me perché io sono una donna e ho una visione di libertà e di emancipazione per tutte le donne e tutti gli esseri umani. Empowerment significa anche rinunciare allo sfruttamento di altri esseri umani, empowerment significa sentirsi in pace e comportarsi con onestà e con la dolcezza nel cuore. Umanità: c'è molto da fare.
