Empowering every single person

We are in a new middle age on a global scale, the fighting is hard and without rules, the few ones that are deciding our destiny are just trying to concentrate all the money in their pockets to have the illusion to command the largest number possible of people and make them following their will. In this undeclared war they just hire the ones with less scruples and a few young ones because they are not understanding much of what is going on, plus they have just more physical energy to use and they just understand perfectly the will of the regime, they are treated like loyal efficient puppets. But what they do with their power these medieval lords on global scale? Are them sure to have the better ideas? Or are them just following their small egos that is limited and vain? Are them sure to can decide what is best for the entire planet? No, they are just predators and they are just grabbing the resources, the human, animal and environmental resources risking to lose the precious gift of Life that we have on Earth. Every single person has the right to be empowered, because the spread of the empowerment allows a variety of new ideas to thrive. On a planetary scale we just need to be careful with the environment because it is our common richness. Instead to empower the mite ones, they are finding all the thirsty of blood to fight for them and they keep close tightly their money bags to be sure to feed exclusively the loyal puppets. How long will last this barbaric middle age? How can they be sure that is safe to belittle all the people that are not similar to them?
