Dentro di me c'è un'antica presenza di saggezza.
Un'antica presenza che mi rassicura.
La percepisco e mi dà forza.
Anche se sono nell'incertezza
questa certezza interiore mi dà forza.
Questa saggezza mi ha portato a nascere,
a nascere qui in questo mondo.
E percependo questa saggezza non tremo.
E so che questa saggezza mi guiderà ogni giorno
come ha fatto sempre.
Contattando questa saggezza di volta in volta
sento che c'è una sola cosa da fare.
E questa cosa si chiama verità.

Inside me there is an ancient presence of wisdom.
An ancient presence that reassures me.
I perceive it and gives me strength.
Although we maybe are in uncertainty
this inner certainty gives me strength.
This wisdom has led me to be born,
to be born here in this world.
And perceiving this wisdom I do not tremble.
And I know that this wisdom will guide me every day
as it always has done.
Contacting this wisdom from time to time
I feel there is only one thing to do.
And this thing is called truth.
