Ruby Red Meditation - Meditazione del Rosso Rubino

Questo post introduce un Colore, il Rosso Rubino.
Nella foto si vede un piccolo aiutante che mi ha raggiunto stamani.
Si tratta di un rubino di laboratorio.
Comunque, anche se realizzata in laboratorio, la gemma mantiene il suo carattere e la sua bella stella interiore.
Lo spirito del Rubino viene chiamato e lui, generoso, arriva assecondando il volere degli uomini.
Questo rosso rubino è un colore altamente spirituale... più bello dal vivo che in foto, malgrado i miei sforzi.
È un colore "verticale" ... perché il Magenta nascosto al suo interno porta al Cielo esattamente come lo Zaffiro.

This post introduces a color, the Ruby Red.
The picture shows a little helper who joined me this morning.
It is a ruby created in laboratory.
However, even if carried out in the laboratory, the gem retains its character and its beautiful inner star.
The spirit of the Ruby is called and he, generous, comes favoring the will of men.
This ruby red is a highly spiritual color ... more beautiful in real life than in photos, in spite of my efforts.
It is a vertical "color" ... because the Magenta hidden inside represents the door to Heaven exactly as Sapphire.




Il Paradiso comincia da qui: comincia dalla verità.
Non si può pensare una cosa e scriverne un'altra solo perché conviene.
La Terra ha bisogno di un'economia di pace, un'economia che rispetta Madre Natura, un'economia di solidarietà.
La Terra ha bisogno di Libertà.
Libertà vuol dire esprimere il vero sé riuscendo a rispettare anche lo spazio degli altri.
Esprimere il vero sé senza far male a noi stessi e senza far male agli altri.
Guardare il vero sé senza timori e con amore.
E piano piano riusciremo a esprimerci solo con amore e senza prevaricazioni.
Quando una persona ha subito violenze, ipocrisia e prevaricazione può - involontariamente - farle subire anche agli altri.
Imparando a gioire della libertà rispettando se stessi e gli altri... pian piano... si può accantonare la prevaricazione e incamminarsi con gioia e rilassatezza sul sentiero della Luce.

All the colors are sacred and they help each of us to read the Universe's messages and to heal ourselves. The meaning of the Colors is peculiar for each of us and it varies in different moments according to our necessity. 

Paradise begins from here: begins from the truth.

You can not think one thing and write another one just because it is economically convenient.

The Earth needs a peace economy, an economy that respects Mother Nature, an economy of solidarity.

The Earth needs Freedom.

Freedom means being able to express your true self respecting also the space of others.

Express your true self without hurting ourselves and not to hurt others.

Observe the true self without fear and with love.

And slowly it is possible to express ourselves with love and without prevarication.

When a person has been subjected to violence, hypocrisy and prevarication can - unwittingly - subject it to other.

Learning to enjoy the freedom while respecting themselves and others ... slowly ... you can put aside prevarication and walk with joy and relaxation on the path of Light.

Mister Blue the Sapphire and Madam Lilac the Kunzite

Pendente fatto con filo d'argento 925 italiano e due gemme preziose: il famoso Mr. Blue (lo Zaffiro che ho con me da tempo) e la Kunzite di un delicato color rosa di Francia.
Mr. Blue mi ha detto: "alla fine mi hai ingabbiato"
e io gli ho risposto "non ti lamentare, in fondo è una gabbia di argento puro... e poi sei in buona compagnia".
Non si direbbe, ma anche le persone di cristallo scherzano tra di loro!

Mr. Blue said, "in the end you have me caged"
and I answered "do not complain, after all, is a pure silver cage ... and then you're in good company."
It would not say, but also the people of Crystal often joke with each other!

Gli animali hanno un grosso vantaggio rispetto a noi. Non giudicano. Non pensano "io sono superiore"... oppure "io devo ubbidire". Loro esistono e non perdono tempo a giudicare. Quando sono rinchiusi in gabbie non pensano "cosa ho fatto io per meritare questo"... semplicemente esistono, nonostante le gabbie inventate dall'uomo e le torture consapevoli inflitte dall'uomo.
Gli uomini invece imparano presto a giudicare e ad essere giudicati: e questa è la gabbia senza sbarre da cui è veramente difficile uscire.
Gesù il Maestro Misericordioso insegnò a chiare parole "non giudicare", sono passati secoli dai suoi preziosi insegnamenti, eppure sembriamo ancora ai primi passi. - Vanessa

Animals have a big advantage over us. They do not judge. They do not think "I am superior" ... or "I must obey." They exist and do not waste time judging. When they are locked in cages do not think "What Have I Done to Deserve This" ... they simply exist, despite the cages invented by man and torture inflicted by sadic and unconscious man.
But men soon learn to judge and to be judged: and this is the cage without bars which is really hard to get out.
Jesus the Merciful Master taught in plain words "do not judge", centuries have passed from his valuable lessons, yet still humans on this matter seem to toddler. - Vanessa

La guerra è mancanza di fede. Pensare che per "risolvere" un problema o una brama di potere si debba uccidere... assassinare per denaro o per credo politico. Addirittura assassinare per ordine di un capo religioso. Da tanti anni movimenti pacifisti e dei diritti umani chiedono di poter separare le brame economiche dei produttori d'armi dall'influenza sulle politiche dei paesi. E anche molti cittadini si dichiarano contrari alla guerra anche chiedendo di poter controllare dove vengono spesi i soldi delle tasse. E nonostante che tante persone siano consapevoli dell'assurdità di tutte le guerre a periodi si ritrovano emergere organizzazioni puntualmente bene armate... o bene arringate da burattinai senza scrupoli, tutto per sobillare un'altra guerra, un'altra lotta di potere tra persone che non hanno un briciolo di fede in Dio, anche se a parole si professano credenti.
Perché ognuno di noi, indipendentemente dal credo religioso, è qui perché è stato voluto come figlio o figlia da Dio. E nessuno può uccidere un fratello o una sorella credendo di avere più diritto o più ragione per vivere.



The war is lack of faith. Think that to "solve" a problem or a lust for power through killing people ... murder for money or political beliefs. Even people assassinated by order of a religious leader. For many years pacifists and human rights movements are calling for separating economic desires of the producers of weapons from the influence on the policies of the countries. And many citizens are opposed to the war also asking to check where tax money are spent. And although many people are aware of the absurdity of all wars time to time organizations find themselves out on time ... well-armed or well arringate puppeteers from unscrupulous everything to incite another war, another power struggle between persons who do not have a shred of faith in God, even if verbally professing believers.
Because each of us, regardless of religious belief, is here because he or she was wanted as a son or daughter of God. And no one can kill a brother or sister believing to have more right or more to live for.

Donne, bisogna tirar fuori tutta la nostra forza. Non vorremmo mai farci dire da un guardiano del petrolio che manovra tanti disperati come dobbiamo vestirci o quando o come vogliamo uscire di casa. C'è gente convinta che per andare in Paradiso sia sufficiente mettere un velo a una donna!
La donna in Europa era ugualmente velata in passato, un passato giustamente chiamato medioevo. La schiavitù della donna su questo pianeta sta durando ormai da troppi secoli. Non è possibile che la nostra forza e la nostra saggezza siano schiacciate da questi scriteriati che si camuffano dietro una scusa di religione.


Women, we must come up with all our strength. We would never make us say by a warden who controls the oil and many desperate people how we should dress, or when or how we may leave the house. Some people believe that to go to Heaven is sufficient to put a veil to a woman!
The woman was still veiled in Europe in the past, a past aptly called the Middle Ages.
Slavery of women on this planet is now lasting for too many centuries. it is not possible that our strength and our wisdom are crushed by these senseless who disguise themselves behind a pretense of religion.

Gesù dice "ciò che fate all'ultimo dei miei fratelli lo fate a me". Ecco, invece sulla Terra questa verità è spesso ignorata proprio da chi sta ai posti di comando. A parole molti di loro si definiscono credenti, ma con i fatti smentiscono le loro parole. Utilizzare le persone come oggetti, come cavie, come carne da macello. Utilizzare la scusa della religione non per liberare, ma per rendere schiave le persone. Mandare i propri figli in guerra solo per far guadagnare i produttori di armi e ricevere da questi consistenti somme di denaro. Pianificare guerre solo per rinnovare i magazzini degli arsenali. La prevaricazione e la manipolazione sono il vero credo di queste persone. Non badano certo a conquistarsi la gloria eterna - cui non credono - ma pensano a conquistare la gloria terrena... la stessa che pagheranno in futuro con la loro stessa schiavitù.


Jesus says, "what you do to the least of my brethren you do it to me." Here, instead of on Earth this truth is often ignored by those who are in command. In words, many of them call themselves believers, but the facts belie their words. Using people as objects, such as guinea pigs, as cannon fodder. Using the excuse of religion not to liberate, but to enslave people. Send their children to war just for the gain of the manufacturers of weapons and to receive from these large sums of money. Plan wars only to renew the warehouses of the arsenals. Malfeasance and manipulation is the true belief of these people. Certainly do not care to win eternal glory - they do not believe in it - but they think to conquer the earthly glory ... the same that they will pay in the future with their own slavery.

Siccome il mondo sta cambiando, io ho fiducia che in ogni strada, in ogni religione, ci sia più autenticità, più verità, più consapevolezza della sacralità di ogni singolo essere umano. Per cui una persona può scegliere di non cambiare religione e però approfondire la fede in modo autentico e personale.
In ogni caso ognuno di noi ha il dono di Libertà e nel nostro cuore possiamo credere e pregare secondo il nostro spirito più autentico, che è quello che ci porta veramente vicini a Dio.


Because the world is changing, I am confident that in every path, in every religion, there is more authenticity, more truth, more awareness of the sanctity of every single human being. This is why a person may choose not to change religion and therefore deepen the faith in an authentic and personal way.
In any case, everyone has the gift of Freedom and in our hearts we believe and pray according to our true spirit, which is what really brings us closer to God.

The leader is first of all the living Master that we can listen within the secret of our heart. No human leader can take the place of our inner light. We are free to follow the religion that we feel closer to our way to be, but the truthful approach to the spirituality is only personal and private.

Il leader è prima di tutto il Maestro vivente che possiamo ascoltare nel segreto del nostro cuore. Nessun leader umano può prendere il posto della nostra luce interiore. Siamo liberi di seguire la religione che ci sentiamo più vicina al nostro modo di essere, ma l'approccio sincero alla spiritualità è solo personale e privato.

Usare la religione per sentirsi migliori o differenti è una cosa pericolosa e fuorviante. Noi umani siamo tutti uguali davanti al Creatore. Poi ognuno può pregare il Creatore nel modo che ritiene giusto. Però l'uguaglianza degli umani è una cosa certa e incontrovertibile. Come esseri umani siamo amati tutti dal grande cuore misericordioso del Cosmo.

Using religion to feel better or different is something dangerous and misleading. We humans are all equal before the Creator. Then everyone can pray the Creator in the way he/she feels is right. But the equality of humans is one certain and incontrovertible thing. As human beings we are all loved by the great compassionate heart of the Cosmos.

Sapphire Angel and Amethyst Queen

In questo momento particolarmente spirituale l'Ametista mi aiuta. Così come nel viaggio cosmico del 2010 mi fu di aiuto lo Zaffiro, ora l'Ametista, conosciuta anche con il nome di Grande Madre, mi aiuta molto.

Tutta la vita sono stata attratta dall'Ametista. E in particolare già da bambina, in visita con la scuola elementare in un museo gemmologico, ebbi la fortuna di poter acquistare una drusa. Tutti i bambini sono naturalmente attratti dai cristalli, ma io non potetti star ferma solo a guardare... decisi che avrei speso i soldi di cui disponevo in quel momento per quella graziosa Ametista.

L'Ametista aiuta grandemente i corpi spirituali degli esseri umani, calma e rasserena. Io personalmente sono testimone di guarigione di problemi della pelle... guarigione molto rapida. In particolare le verruche possono essere curate molto efficacemente con una drusa di ametista. Per esempio quando una verruca spunta sul dorso della mano, questa mi va via nel corso di una notte... dormendo con la drusa vicina alla mano.

L'Ametista aiuta tutti gli organi del corpo e in modo particolare cervello e sistema nervoso, pelle e intestino.

L'Ametista placa tutte le infiammazioni.


Tutt'ora ho diverse druse di Ametista... diciamo che l'Ametista è un essere spirituale che non si acquista... ma è l'Ametista che sceglie di accompagnarci per un tratto della nostra umana vita.

Gli esseri di cristallo hanno infatti vite molto lunghe rispetto alla vita umana.

Sono antiche materializzazioni della Mente e del Cuore del Cosmo. Senza cristalli non potrebbero esistere nemmeno i cosiddetti esseri senzienti, gli animali e anche le persone. Perciò l'intera creazione degli esseri viventi prende origine dalla Mente e dal Cuore di Dio, e questa creazione ha una base di cristallo rappresentata appunto in gran parte dai quarzi e da altri minerali... però per la vita la famiglia dei quarzi fa la parte del leone, tanto è indispensabile.

L'Ametista è un essere spirituale che fa parte della famiglia del quarzo.

Così come l'Indaco e il Viola sono i colori che danno energia rispettivamente al Terzo Occhio e alla Corona... lo Zaffiro e l'Ametista sono le manifestazioni nel mondo fisico di questi due colori e appunto aiutano tantissimo la meditazione.

La loro semplice presenza spiana il sentiero della meditazione.

L'Ametista aiuta a lasciarsi andare, a lasciar perdere gli attaccamenti e a scoprire l'importanza della vita spirituale.

L'opera "Giovane dal cielo e la Stella" rappresenta appunto l'Angelo di Zaffiro mentre la Regina Ametista è rappresentata dal cielo stesso - che è appunto color Ametista - con tutte le stelle. Questa figura è dunque una Manifestazione Divina così come si è presentata alla mia Coscienza.

The work "Young from the sky and the Star" in fact is the Sapphire Angel while the Queen Amethyst is represented by the sky itself - which is precisely color Amethyst - with all the stars. This figure is therefore a Divine Manifestation as it is presented to my consciousness.

In this particular spiritual moment the Amethyst is helping me a lot. As well as the cosmic journey of 2010 I was helped by the Sapphire, Amethyst now, also known as the Great Mother, helps me a lot.

All my life I was attracted by Amethyst. And especially as a child, on a visit with the primary school classmates in a gemological museum, I was fortunate to be able to buy a Druze. All children are naturally attracted by the crystals, but I could not just stand still just watching ... I decided that to the money I had available at that time for that pretty Amethyst.

The Amethyst helps greatly the spiritual bodies of human beings and gives peace and cheers. I personally have witnessed the healing of skin problems ... very rapid healing. In particular, the warts can be treated very effectively with a Druze of Amethyst. For example, when a wart is on the back of the hand, this goes away during a night ... sleeping with the Druze of Amethyst near the hand.

The Amethyst helps all the organs of the body and especially the brain and nervous system, skin and intestines.

The Amethyst calms all inflammations.


I still have a few Druze of Amethyst ... I say that Amethyst is a spiritual being that you do not really just buy ... but it is the Amethyst who chooses to accompany us for a stretch of our human life.

The Crystal beings like Amethysts have in fact very long lives compared to human life.

They are ancient materialisation of the Mind and the Heart of the Cosmos. No life could even exist - so-called sentient beings, animals and even people - without crystals beings. Therefore the whole creation of living beings originates from the Mind and Heart of God, and this creation has a crystal base represented precisely largely from quartz and other minerals ... though for the life itself the quartz family does the lion's share, so it is essential.

Amethyst is a spiritual being who is part of the quartz family.

As well as the Indigo and Violet are the colors that give energy, respectively, to the Third Eye and the Crown ... Sapphire and Amethyst are the manifestations in the physical world of these two colors and in fact they help a lot the meditation.

Their mere presence paves the path of meditation.

The Amethyst helps to let go, to let go of attachments and to discover the importance of the spiritual life.

Contemplazione delle forme di luce - Contemplation of the forms of light

C'era una volta un Paese lontano, un Paese che si trovava in un pianeta che orbitava attorno a una bellissima stella azzurra.
L'azzurro della stella cangiava in cielo anche in tenui rosa e lilla e verso il tramonto tutto l'orizzonte brillava di un violetto intenso.

In quel pianeta pieno di oceani ricchi di vita viveva una fanciulla che indossava sempre un paio di orecchini color zaffiro.

In quel luogo la vita umana arriva a raggiungere centinaia, migliaia di anni. Ma le persone sono anche consapevoli della loro fortuna e impiegano parte del loro tempo per meditare e inviare preghiere in ogni parte del Cosmo, verso quei luoghi che ne hanno più bisogno, ovvero da cui arrivano richieste di aiuto.

In questo Paese lontano le persone meditano sulle pure forme di luce, ed esse stesse in realtà si avvicinano molto ad esseri di luce, esseri di cristallo.

Uno dei piaceri più grandi di questo luogo è appunto la meditazione sulla luce.  È sufficiente questa meditazione per trascorrere le giornate in gioia e in pace.

La ragazza trascorreva il tempo seduta nel piccolo giardino intorno a casa, oppure recandosi alla bella spiaggia vicina.

A volte l'andavano a trovare cari amici e amiche e a volte ricambiava loro le visite.

Durante questi incontri si meditava spesso insieme e tra le cose più belle era senz'altro la contemplazione delle forme di luce, forme che apparivano nell'aria e che venivano condivise nella stessa contemplazione e meditazione.

Alla fine degli incontri gli amici si salutavano con letizia e ognuno faceva ritorno alla sua casa, assaporando con meraviglia il pensiero del prossimo incontro.

There was once a distant country, a country that was in a planet orbiting around a beautiful blue star.  The blue star shone brightly in the sky even in soft pink and lilac tones and into the sunset across the horizon glowed a deep violet. In that planet full of life and rich oceans lived a girl who always wore a pair of sapphire earrings. In that place human life comes to reaching hundreds, thousands of years.   But people are also aware of their luck and take some of their time to meditate and send prayers in every part of the Cosmos, to those places that need it most, from where come from requests for help. In this country people often meditate on the pure forms of light, and they themselves actually are very close to be beings of light, crystal beings. 
One of the greatest pleasures of this place is just the light meditation. Simply this meditation is sufficient to spend the days in joy and in peace. The girl spent the time sitting in the small garden around the house, or by going to the beautiful beach nearby. Sometimes was visited by dear friends and sometimes she reciprocated their visits. During these meetings friends often meditated together and among the most beautiful things was certainly the contemplation of light shapes, forms that appeared in the air and that were shared in the same contemplation and meditation. At the end of the meetings friends greeted each other with joy and everyone was returning to his or her home, savoring the thought with wonder of the next meeting.

About the time: past and future

What I can say in this brief article about the time... the past and the future?
A very complex subject... I think that the time changes... depending on the Consciousness...

Time is a product of the Consciousness and it can change for this reason. Also exist many parallel Universes with different times... There is a great freedom for every Consciousness when is reached the maturity to exist in the respect of others.

When we are in a physical incarnation we have the connection with a very large living being that is the Planet that gives support to our life.

A person that has a mature Consciousness can tap into the grounded energy of the Planet for rewriting time... past and future.

And this is was required to me... and this is why I came into life in this particular time and space.

It is a very complex work of the Consciousness, the Consciousness of the Universe... and certainly I've been also a trustful receiver until in this life I couldn't be completely conscious of  the reason why my life has been manifested (also) in this "reality" of  Planet Earth.

A large part of me is linked to other Planets... other Stars and their Solar Systems... and each of them is giving me a supplement of magnetic energy for influencing time and space.

My intentions are Peace and Righteousness... Coherence.  More a person is Coherent and more acquires  Power.

But here is important to remain Always in the field of the non-violence, and always respect the free will of all the people involved.

This is why the great Spiritual Teachers often start from a humble or difficult position... often facing adversities... they "born in a stable", so to say, because they don't need any additional power to the Power of their Consciousness. Indeed, adversities enhance Consciousness. And this is the way totalitarian regimes go wrong: creating hardships for such people, they give them even more the urge to connect even better with their unbreakable Spirit and so their inner spiritual energy can only grow stronger moment by moment.

This is why such spiritual master can transcend any difficulties, even death. Death deletes the memory of the unjust people, while saves the memory of the righteous ones.

The Consciousness bends easily time and space.

Che cosa posso dire in questo breve articolo circa il tempo ... il passato e il futuro? Un argomento molto complesso... credo che il tempo cambi a seconda della Coscienza. Il tempo è un prodotto della coscienza e può cambiare per questo motivo. Esistono anche molti universi paralleli con tempi diversi ... C'è una grande libertà per ogni Coscienza quando si raggiunge la maturità spirituale di esistere nel rispetto degli altri. Quando siamo in una incarnazione fisica abbiamo la connessione con un grande essere vivente che è il Pianeta che dà sostegno alla nostra vita fisica. Una persona che ha una Coscienza matura può attingere l'energia di messa a terra del pianeta che lo ospita per riscrivere il tempo... passato e futuro. E questo è stato necessario per me... e questo è il motivo per cui sono venuta in vita in questo particolare tempo e spazio. Si tratta di un lavoro molto complesso della Coscienza, la coscienza dell'Universo di cui ognuno di noi è espressione più o meno consapevole... e sicuramente sono stata anche un ricevitore con grande fiducia nelle mie intuizioni, fino a quando anche in questa vita non sono stata completamente  consapevole del motivo per cui la mia esistenza si è manifestata (anche) in questa "realtà" del Pianeta Terra. Una grande parte di me è collegata ad altri pianeti... altre stelle e i loro Sistemi solari... e ognuno di loro mi sta dando un supplemento di energia magnetica per influenzare il tempo e lo spazio. La mia intenzione è di Pace, Giustizia e Coerenza. Più una persona è coerente e più acquisisce potere. Ma qui è importante rimanere sempre nel campo della non violenza, e rispettare sempre la libera volontà di tutte le persone coinvolte. È per questo che i grandi maestri spirituali spesso partono da una posizione difficile e umile... spesso affrontano avversità... essi, per così dire, "nascono in una stalla" perché non necessitano di  facilitazioni supplementari per il potere del loro Coscienza. 
Anzi, le avversità potenziano la Coscienza. E questo è il modo in cui i regimi totalitari sbagliano: mettendo in difficoltà questo tipo di persone, le spingono a collegarsi ancora meglio con il loro indistruttibile Spirito interiore e così la loro energia spirituale può solo rafforzarsi momento dopo momento.



Questo è il motivo per cui tale maestro/a spirituale può trascendere le difficoltà, anche la morte. La morte cancella la memoria delle persone ingiuste, mentre salva la memoria dei giusti. 
La Coscienza piega facilmente il tempo e lo spazio.

I have seen

I have seen the Gods playing music... they do... play music... and Mr Blue... yes... He plays the violin...

Gods work with the colors of the rainbow... they work in space and time. In 2010 I had many travels in space and time with the Gods... there where many things to adjust here on Planet Earth.

I spent every night of that year in time and space traveling. Was a very peculiar experience because I was only sleeping 20 minutes every morning... 20 minutes that were restful like a full night of sleep.

To express something of my spiritual experience I started to make drawings... in 2011 I was doing so many drawings that I filled a big box with them.

Digital art was a good thing for me because I could rest my eyes from the fiber pens (some of them contain some bitter substances to discourage kids from eating them... but that chemical stuff is like a tear gas for my eyes.)

Anyway... in 2010 I was moving back and forward in the past and even far away in the distance...

I could write 10 books about those travels... but I am waiting to have a sign... a sign that I can publish many of those experience.

Because what I did in 2010 on an energetic level will materialize Peace on Planet Earth.

"Gods" told me many time that my life is a Great Victory... so they said these words many time. They told me not to worry because all the work was already done. And everything was going to be all right.

Mr. Blue in a Sapphire :) This gemstone was in a silver ring that I was wearing all the time during my inter-dimensional voyages... the gemstone is very tough... but the silver ring at a certain moment fell to pieces...
