Sentire l'amore che cambia il mondo,
l'amore gira le pagine del mondo,
l'amore vivifica il corpo e lo spirito,
l'amore costruisce tutte le strade,
l'amore percorre tutte le strade,
in tutti i tempi e in tutti i luoghi,
l'amore connette tutto,
come i nodi scolpiti nelle pietre antiche,
la Coscienza è il nodo permanente scolpito nell'aria,
la Coscienza è il tessuto sublime del cosmo.
Si arriva alla Coscienza grazie all'Amore,
Solo grazie all'Amore.

Feel the love that changes the world,

love turns the pages of the world, 

love vivifies the body and the spirit, 

love builds all roads, love travels all roads, in all times and in all places, 

love connects everything, like the knots carved in ancient stones, 

Consciousness is the permanent knot carved in the air, 

Consciousness is the sublime fabric of the cosmos. 

We reach Consciousness thanks to Love, Only thanks to the Love.

Si può scolpire sulla pietra - You can carve on the stone

Si può scolpire sulla pietra, ma chi scolpisce sulla Coscienza sta realizzando una scultura usando la pietra più dura.

La Coscienza è la pietra immortale su cui sono scritte tutte le verità.

You can carve on the stone, but who sculpts on Consciousness is building a sculpture using the hardest stone.

Consciousness is the immortal stone on which are written all the truth.

Proprio come l'intera creazione è seduta sul vuoto, che in realtà è il pieno potenziale creativo, così la cultura crea ricchezza dal nulla.
Prima di tutto la cultura aiuta a superare i momenti difficili. La cultura fa pensare che si può superare tutto.
La cultura ci fa apprezzare il nostro valore indipendentemente dal reddito che la società ci attribuisce.

Just as the whole of creation is sitting on the vacuum, which is actually the full creative potential, so the culture creates wealth from nothing.

First of all, the culture helps to overcome difficult moments. Culture makes you think that you can overcome everything.

Culture makes us appreciate our value regardless of income that is perceived.

What I think about the food - Che cosa penso riguardo al cibo

I try not to be an extremist with the food... but with the experience I can say that the more the diet goes towards the vegan side... the better is.
Anyway, as in some ancient traditions, I am not rejecting, but indeed I welcome with love and gratitude, any donated food.

Cerco di non essere un estremista con il cibo... ma con l'esperienza posso dire che più la dieta va verso il lato vegan... e meglio è.  

In ogni caso, come in alcune tradizioni antiche, io non rifiuto, ma anzi accolgo con amore e riconoscenza, qualsiasi cibo donato.

 Stelle nel buio,

vo cercando

la luce.

Le osservo,

con tanto amore

nel cuore.

Ma tra i miei compagni umani,

mi affanno,

sto cercando 

il modo 

di sentirmi utile.

Io sto imparando 

a volermi bene

anche se tutto attorno a me mi informa

che io sono solo

tempo da perdere.

Non fa niente.

Coltiverò la luce interiore.

L'alba arriverà. 

Stars in the dark, I'm looking for the light. I observe, with lots of love in the heart. But among my fellow humans, breathlessly, I'm looking for mode to feel useful. I'm learning to love me even if everything around tells me I'm just time to lose. It does not matter. Cultivate the inner light. The dawn will come.
