This is what my heart see... when I think... when I think to the Divine... also when I think to art. I see this couple, a couple forever young, because Universe and Life are always new, like the water of the Great River.

This couple means also the creation in the art... the creation with the artist and the muse... and many other things.

You can see even the symbol of infinite in the movement of the arms and hands. The rainbow here represents the water of the Great River of Life.

A little detail: the left hand of him seems partially immerse in water... very often in  my pictures the color green is associated with the symbol of water... it is a representation of water. When I do my drawing I try to let my hand go freely... at the first I may think... that hand is weird... but then I saw the color... the green and I understand: "the hand is touching the water".
I am the first person that learn from the spontaneity of my art. And this is why I try not to judge... I try just to let it be.

My way to pray is always new... and it is recognizable even if it is made of many ingredients... my way to pray is partly a prayer, partly an adoration, partly a meditation... I just re-unite in love all the parts of me. Tenderness is my way.

To sleep is a primary form of meditation, it is essential because without sleep we die. When we pay attention and respect to our sleep-time, we can also learn to meditate in our wake time... and in the end we can continue to be awake even during the sleeping!

Many people are deprived of sleep... and in this case to sleep is a wise thing to do.
Many brilliant ideas arrive to us while we are sleeping... there is nothing wrong in sleeping... many argument between humans happen because many people are over-tired. When people are not deprived of sleeping, they can eventually meditate how they want... or how they can.

At a certain point the awareness is so firm and strong in life... that it continues also during our sleep time!

Prayers and Meditations are two sides of the same practice... I know that exists a different way to pray and meditate for every person. Because we are all born free... we are all creating our own way... Universe is a MultiVerse.

When Life is centered in the heart, Life becomes a continuing prayer, a continuing meditation.

Life, prayers and meditations become the same thing.

I don't meditate sitting on the road or in the woods like someone really did or is still doing in India, but I have a weird life (considered weird nowadays)... I mean I live in a sort of informal ashram that is my home... I rarely leave my home, only when it is strictly necessity. I spend all my days doing drawings, writing, watching the mountains and the clouds from my windows and taking photos... these are my extreme sports. In the past I also used to travel... but now I just travel with my soul.

One of my posts on the social media. I'm not unemployed... I am an artist, and I have a lot to do every day. When I lost my job it wasn't easy... but I thought: I can do a lot, I have a lot of things to say... I have the art. And so I opened 4 blogs: two art blogs, one foodie blog, one blog on tumblr. I'm very active on the social media: I am on TSU, Facebook (with my profile and 2 pages), G+, Pinterest, Twitter... I have a lot to do and I am very happy!

My recipe for success - La mia ricetta per il successo

La mia ricetta per il successo: vivi e smetti di giudicare gli altri. Spengi la tv (almeno che tu non faccia tv di mestiere) e accendi il cervello. Dai al mondo la tua opinione, quello che pensi... che viene fuori solo se smetti di giudicare gli altri e cominci a vivere per davvero.

My recipe for success: just live and stop to judge the other people. Turn off the tv (unless you don't produce tv programs as your job) and switch on the brain. Give to the world your opinion, what do you think... what you think can only be expressed if you stop to be judgmental and you start to live...you finally truly live.

This artwork represents many things: the rainbow is symbol of peace and understanding. The couple represents friendship and equality between women and men... and also simply a happy couple! The mountains and the hills in the background are... the wisdom and realization.
I added the flowery frame in a second moment... the original work is without frame.
My color code (ultra simplified):

green: health
aqua and turquoise: happy communication
pink: love
lilac: spiritual love and altruism
purple: spirituality
magenta: energy of life

Questo lavoro rappresenta molte cose: l'arcobaleno è simbolo di pace e comprensione. La coppia rappresenta l'amicizia e l'uguaglianza tra donna e uomo... e anche semplicemente una coppia felice!
Le montagne e le colline sullo sfondo sono... la saggezza e la realizzazione.
Ho aggiunto la cornice con fiori in un secondo momento... l'opera originale è senza cornice.

Il mio codice colori (ultra semplificato):

verde: salute
acqua e turchese: comunicazione felice
rosa: amore
lilla: amore spirituale e altruismo
viola: spiritualità
magenta: energia della vita


PS: questo post è un consiglio che ho sempre seguito e che mi ha salvato la vita varie volte... ora sono anche in grado di scriverlo in modo che magari possa essere utile ad altre persone. Chi mi ha dato questo consiglio? L'esempio pratico di una persona che mi ha voluto bene (e ancora mi vuol bene) per davvero.

This post is an advice that I always followed and this advice saved my life many times... now I am also able to write it so it maybe will be useful for other people. Who gave me this advice? The practical example of a person that truly love(d) me.

Questa riflessione nasce dalla visione di un filmato su Internet, filmato dove si vede un gattino che cerca di pescare dei pesci... pesci che si muovono su uno schermo di un tablet.
Anche se in questo caso i pesciolini "sono solo un sogno"... comunque riescono a muovere le emozioni del gattino.
Per la nosta vita il mondo delle emozioni è realtà.

Le emozioni sono spesso vituperate dai meditatori di professione che cercano il distacco... per quanto mi riguarda... ebbene... anch'io sono un'artista e quindi un meditatore professionale... io non disdegno affatto le emozioni... anzi, le emozioni sono la porta per l'illuminazione... questo è il mio pensiero che viene dalla mia esperienza. Secondo la mia esperienza la tenerezza è l'emozione più importante... l'emozione che può condurre in un istante all'illuminazione.

This reflection comes from watching a video on the Internet, in the video there is a kitten that is trying to catch fish ... fish that move on a screen of a tablet.
Although in this case the fish "are just a dream" ... they still manage to move the emotions of the kitten.
For our lives the world of emotions is reality.

Emotions are often avoided by professional meditators, many of them are seeking detachment ... for me ... well ... I'm an artist and then I am also a professional meditator ... I do not dislike at all the emotions .. . indeed, the emotions are the gateway to enlightenment ... this is my thought that comes from my experience. In my experience the tenderness is the most important emotion ... the emotion that can lead to enlightenment in an instant.

November in Tuscany - Novembre in Toscana

Toscana, terra di orgoglio e tenerezza... spesso più di orgoglio... comunque c'è anche tanta dolcezza.

Ma sulle montagne che toccano il cielo, specialmente sul versante che guarda Oriente... la mattina di Novembre fa freddo, fa freddo davvero.

Tuscany, a land of pride and tenderness ... often more pride ... but there is also so much sweetness.

But the mountains that touch the sky, especially on the side that looks East ... the morning of November is cold, really cold.

La mia non è una vita comune... indifferente... intendiamoci bene, io ad avere una vita comune ho anche provato... ma la vita comune non esiste, la vita può essere soltanto un miracolo straordinario... ed è proprio come la vivo io in ogni momento.
No, non sono arrivata qui per caso... e le memorie di me rimarranno a lungo... anche se beneinteso io sono delicata come un cristallo.

Mine is not a common life ... I can't pretend to be indifferent... well, I also tried to have a common life ... but the common life does not exist, Life can only be a miracle and it is extraordinary ... as I live the life in every moment... at all times.

No, I did not come here by chance ... and the memories of me will remain for a long time ... although I am delicate as a crystal.
