I am the rainbow - Io sono l'arcobaleno

When the time is difficult I find very useful to meditate on colors.
It is possible just to imagine colors, or to look something with that color.
It is possible to imagine moment by moment the color that is more attractive for us.
Colors are the language of the Spiritual bodies, the bodies of light.

Human Beings and Living Beings have a physical body and several light bodies.

So, nourish yourself with the color meditation.

Do it as you like, as it is most easy and attractive for you.

The important is let yourself relax in that beautiful color that is so comforting for you.

It seems so simple, but this kind of meditation is very very useful.

Quando il tempo è difficile trovo molto utile meditare sui colori.
È possibile fare questa meditazione immaginando i colori, oppure possiamo guardare qualcosa con quel colore.
È possibile immaginare istante per istante il colore che è più attraente per noi.
I colori sono il linguaggio dei corpi spirituali, i corpi di luce.

Gli esseri umani e gli esseri viventi hanno un corpo fisico e diversi corpi di luce.

Così possiamo nutrirci di luce attraverso la meditazione sul colore.

Fate questa meditazione nel modo che vi risulta più semplice e attraente.

L'importante è cercare di rilassarsi completamente immersi in quel bel colore che è così confortante per voi.

Sembra così semplice, ma questo tipo di meditazione è molto molto utile.

The very strong and saturated colors help to remove the heavy energy blockages. Sometimes in front of big obstacles is better to concentrate on a single color and work with a rainbow which remains within a single kind of color. In this time that is crucial for Planet Earth I find relaxing to meditate over the different shades of red and brown. They help to reinforce the anchoring in the physical body and they help to conquer endurance and strength in front of adversities.

I colori molto forti e saturi contribuiscono a rimuovere i blocchi energetici pesanti. A volte, di fronte a grandi ostacoli è meglio concentrarsi su un unico colore e lavorare con un arcobaleno che rimane all'interno di un unico tipo di colore. In questo tempo che è di fondamentale importanza per il Pianeta Terra trovo rilassante meditare sulle diverse tonalità di rosso e marrone. Essi contribuiscono a rafforzare l'ancoraggio nel corpo fisico e aiutano a vincere la resistenza e la forza di fronte avversità. (Text added Monday September 26th 2016).

The Universe speaks clearly and frankly to the ones that are open to receive the news. Many of that knowledge was born with me... but during this tiring life we risk to forget those truths... until we are ready to receive them again.

Gli esseri umani - e gli esseri viventi in generale - sono anche esseri spirituali.
Insieme al corpo fisico il Creatore ci ha donato il Corpo Spirituale, che è un corpo di Luce.
Come sanno bene anche gli scienziati, tutta la materia è fatta di luce.
La luce si esprime in varie lunghezze d'onda che danno vita anche ai colori... ebbene, io fin dall'infanzia sono stata colpita dai colori dell'arcobaleno.
L'arcobaleno per me racchiude le risposte a tutte le domande.
Quando abbiamo i colori dell'arcobaleno, possiamo fare e realizzare qualunque cosa... questa conoscenza è sempre esistita nel mio cuore. - Vanessa.

Humans - and living beings in general - are also spiritual beings.
Along with the physical body, the Creator has given us the spiritual body, which is a body of Light.
Even the scientists know thet all matter is made of light.
The light is expressed in various wavelengths that give life to colors ... well, since childhood I have been struck by the colors of the rainbow.
The rainbow for me holds the answers to all questions.
When we have the colors of the rainbow, we can do and achieve whatever we need ... this knowledge has always been in my heart. - Vanessa

In verità io dico - Verily I say

La mia coscienza diviene ogni giorno più limpida, sono consapevole del motivo per cui mi trovo qui.
Il mio corpo di luce è ancorato a bordo di una nave della nostra flotta. Io sono momentaneamente incarnata qui, ma la mia vita è immortale ed è conservata in un luogo sacro.

A questo punto non temo più nulla, ho solo a cuore di vedere la verità materializzarsi sul Pianeta Terra: una verità basata sulla non violenza e sulla pace.

In verità, io dico che tutto quello che scrivo è vero senza ombra di dubbio.

My consciousness becomes clearer every day, I am aware of the reason why I am here.

My light body is anchored on board a ship in our fleet. I am temporarily embodied here, but my life is immortal and is kept in a sacred place.

At this point I fear nothing, I only care to see the truth materialized on planet Earth: a truth based on non-violence and peace.

In truth, I say that everything I write is true beyond doubt.
