Tribute to the inner artist - Omaggio all'artista interiore

Arte e spiritualità sono quasi la stessa cosa. Molti artisti sono anime antiche che hanno memorie anche di altri mondi... altri mondi anche più antichi, avanzati e pacifici del nostro. Mondi che per tradizione sulla Terra vengono chiamati "Paradiso".
Comunque anche la Terra è stata vista fin da subito - almeno da alcuni dei fondatori - come terra facente parte del Paradiso a tutti gli effetti.

Le anime antiche hanno bisogno di meditare, di pregare e di fare arte.
Le anime antiche hanno il diritto di concentrarsi sul lato spirituale della vita.

A questo punto mi vengono in mente le parole dette da Gesù in difesa di Maria che veniva rimproverata da Marta di non dedicarsi abbastanza ai lavori domestici.

Senza dubbio c'è anche chi riesce ad esprimere la propria spiritualità attraverso il lavoro materiale e attraverso la precisione e l'efficienza nella vita di tutti i giorni.

Comunque tutte le persone si meritano di essere rispettate e apprezzate per le loro caratteristiche particolari e uniche come esseri umani. Siamo tutti diversi proprio perché ognuno sia libero di dare il proprio apporto alla Comunione chiamata Umanità.

Art and spirituality are almost the same. Many artists are ancient souls who have memories of other worlds ... other worlds that are or were even more ancient, advanced and peaceful than our. Worlds that traditionally on Earth are called "Paradise".
However, even Planet Earth has been seen right away - at least by some of the founders - as a Paradise in all respects.

Ancient souls need to meditate, pray, and do art.
Ancient souls have the right to focus on the spiritual side of life.

At this point I remember the words spoken by Jesus in defense of Mary who was scolded by Marta not to devote enough to domestic work.

No doubt there are also those who express their own spirituality through material work and through the precision and efficiency of everyday life.

However, all people deserve to be respected and appreciated for their particular and unique characteristics as human beings. We are all different because each one is free to give his or her  contribution to the Communion called Humanity.

Giro a piedi di mattina presto. Non corro, ma cammino. Cammino e medito. Ogni tanto scatto delle foto. Queste sono fatte con una piccola Pentax a 3.2 di risoluzione. Non mi preoccupo: è una fotocamera piccola e leggera e inoltre ci sono affezionata. E comunque i colori vengono bene. Quando siamo in cammino bisogna alleggerire lo zaino.
I walk early in the morning. I do not run, but I walk. Walk and meditate. Every once in a while shooting photos. These are made with a small Pentax at 3.2 resolution. I do not care: it's a small, light camera and I'm also fond of it. And anyway the colors are fine. When we are on the road we have to lighten the backpack.

Meditazione per mettersi in contatto con l'amore - Meditation to get in touch with love

Mettersi in contatto con l'amore è la più alta forma di spiritualità, deriva dalla Sacra Religione del Cosmo da cui tutte le Religioni prendono origine.

Anche se a volte il Sacro Spirito d'Amore sembra essersi un po' affievolito perché gli viene preferito qualche altra cosa.

Invece lo Spirito d'Amore è la prima cosa.

Lo Spirito d'Amore è tutto.


Di qualunque fede, religione o non-religione tu faccia parte, questo insegnamento si adatta a te.

Non ci sono limitazioni, ne' controindicazioni.


Siediti tranquillo/a in un posto in cui nessuno ti possa disturbare.

Se ti piace accendi dell'incenso oppure diffondi della musica, se vuoi accendi una o due candele.

Quando ti senti completamente tranquillo/a e rilassato/a immagina di essere seduto/a in un rigoglioso giardino pieno di fiori, guarda con gli occhi dell'immaginazione il meraviglioso prato che ti circonda con tutti gli alberi pieni di fiori e frutti, guarda i petali profumati che volano nell'aria e in lontananza la luce bellissima che si riflette sul mare turchino.

Ora che sei in questa beatitudine chiama il Dolce Spirito D'Amore, che è il Creatore/Creatrice del Cosmo e di tutte le cose.

Lui/Lei arriverà in breve tempo... potrai anche avvertire odore di rose, viole o di menta. Lo Spirito ti apparirà come una bellissima donna o un bellissimo uomo a volte anche appartenente ad altri tipi di esseri umani appartenenti ad altri pianeti abitati.

Per cui non sorprenderti troppo per il suo aspetto, ciò che conta è sentire il suo cuore dolce e amorevole.

Apprezza la beatitudine della presenza del Luminoso Spirito D'Amore. In questo momento tutto è possibile e tu sei parte della Fonte da cui origina L'Universo in tutte le sue dimensioni di spazio e tempo.

A un certo punto lo Spirito D'Amore ti tenderà entrambe le mani. A questo punto Salutalo/a mettendoti tutte e due le mani sul petto e poi metti le tue mani nelle Sue mani.

Afferra le Sante mani dello Spirito d'Amore e sii totalmente presente in questo momento senza tempo.


A questo punto senti una grande energia entrare dalle tue mani, fai un passo indietro e tira l'energia di luce bianca che arriva dalle mani del Luminoso Spirito d'Amore. Questa che prendi con te è la tua dolce metà, puoi scorgere che dallo Spirito d'Amore emerge uno Spirito che è il tuo Spirito d'Amore personale e che rimarrà con te per sempre.

Da questo momento in poi non ti sentirai mai più solo/a e lo Spirito d'Amore ti aiuterà ad avvicinare la persona che ami da sempre anche in questa esistenza terrena.

Se sei già in una relazione puoi vedere lo Spirito d'Amore in questa persona e l'amore sarà rinvigorito e rinnovato.

Dal momento di questa sacra meditazione non sarai mai più solo/a: sentirai sempre lo Spirito d'Amore con te giorno e notte e sarai per sempre in uno stato di beatitudine e amore.

Getting in touch with love is the highest form of spirituality, it is the Sacred Religion from the Cosmos from which all religions take origin.

Although sometimes the Holy Spirit of Love seems to have somewhat weakened because something else is preferred to Him/Her.

Instead the spirit of love is always the First Thing.

The Spirit of Love is Everything.

Of any faith, religion or non-religion you may be part of, this teaching fits you.

There are no limitations or contraindications.

Sit down in a quiet place where nobody can disturb you.

If you like light incense or spread some music, if you want to you can light a candle or two.

When you feel completely calm and relaxed imagine you're sitting in a lush garden full of flowers:  looks through the eyes of imagination the wonderful lawn that surrounds you with all the trees that are are full of fruit and flowers, watch the perfumed petals flying in the air and in the distance the beautiful light that is reflected on the blue sea.

Now that you're in this beatitude call the Sweet Spirit of Love, which is the Originator/Creator of the universe and of all things.

He/She will come soon ... you can also experience the smell of Roses, Violets or Mint. The Spirit will look like a beautiful woman or a beautiful man sometimes also He/She belongs to other types of human beings belonging to other inhabited planets.

So don't be surprised too much for his/her appearance, what matters is to feel her/his Sweet and Loving Heart.

Enjoy the bliss of the Bright Spirit of love. Right now anything is possible and you are part of the Source from which originates the Universe in all its dimensions of space and time.

At one point the Spirit of Love will give you both his/her hands. At this point, put both your hands on your heart and then put both your hands in His/Her hands... yes... simply put your hands in his/her hands.

Grab the hands of the Holy Spirit of love and be fully present in the moment.

At this point you feel a great energy enter from your hands, take a step back and pull the white light energy that comes from the Bright Spirit of Love. Doing this you take with you your sweetie, you can see that the Spirit of Love is generating and revealing a Spirit which is your personal Spirit of Love that will stay with you forever.

From now on you won't feel alone any more and also the spirit of love will help you to approach the person you love even in this earthly existence.

If you are already in a relationship you can see the Spirit of Love in this person and love will be reinvigorated and renewed.

Because of this Holy meditation you will never be alone anymore: in this life and also in the next lives: just feel the Spirit of Love with you day and night and you will be forever in a State of bliss and love.
