Spiritual research - Ricerca spirituale

In my spiritual research, I ventured in the memories of our Universe, its main Civilizations and Cultures that are visible also on Planet Earth, because every intelligent being has her/his roots in many parts of our Universe... the Vastness is our inspiration, we can see a garden of Paradise on Planet Earth, a place where living beings are respected and where Life is Peace and Love. I know that another world is possible, a world full of sweetness and opportunities, a world where the environment is respected and Mother Earth treasured, because Earth is a Precious Gem of Life in our Universe. Life is in many places, but our Earth is so beautiful and so dear, we need to take care of Her, we need to love our brothers and sisters, we need to sing songs of Peace.

Nella mia ricerca spirituale, mi sono avventurata nelle memorie dell'Universo, nelle sue principali civilizzazioni che sono anche visibili sul Pianeta Terra, perché ogni essere intelligente ha le sue radici in molte parti dell'Universo. La Vastità è la nostra ispirazione, possiamo vedere un giardino di Paradiso sul Pianeta Terra, un posto dove gli esseri viventi sono rispettati e dove la Vita è Pace e Amore. Io so che un altro mondo è possibile, un mondo pieno di dolcezza e opportunità, un mondo dove l'ambiente è rispettato e la Madre Terra custodita come un bene inestimabile, perché la Terra è una Preziosa Gemma di Vita nel nostro Universo. La Vita esiste in molti luoghi, ma la nostra Terra è così bella e così cara, abbiamo bisogno di prenderci cura di Lei, abbiamo bisogno di amare i nostri fratelli e sorelle, abbiamo bisogno di cantare canzoni di Pace.

 Nel disegno: le civilizzazioni "gialla", "azzurra" e "verde" ci aspettano dal nostro futuro, la civilizzazione "rossa" ci accompagnerà nel cammino. Alla civilizzazione "azzurra" spetta la supervisione su tutto.

Design  : civilizations "yellow", "blue" and "green" are expecting us from our future, "red" civilization will accompany us in the journey. The "blue" civilization is responsible for the supervision over all.

Vita ed energia nella multidimensionalità - Life and energy in the multidimensionality

Che cosa è la vita e quell'energia che ci caratterizza? Io da un po' sono andata oltre i limiti apparenti del mio corpo fisico ed ho sperimentato il mio corpo come origine e allo stesso tempo punto in cui si manifestano e quindi "finiscono, nel senso che arrivano al proprio fine" energia e coscienza. La manifestazione su questo piano fisico è una messa a fuoco che l'universo fa su di noi e sulla nostra energia. La nostra energia ci viene fornita - direttamente o indirettamente - da varie parti e dimensioni dell'universo. Per quanto mi riguarda io affido molti dei miei compiti quotidiani ai miei corpi di luce, ed è per questo che il mio corpo fisico gestisce molto meglio situazioni che un tempo mi davano fatica e dolore. Ho anche imparato a pensare con una mente più grande, una mente che va oltre il cervello fisico. E così ho cominciato a "leggere" le sincronicità dentro di me e nel mio ambiente. La mia energia fisica la percepisco come un fuoco sacro che travalica i confini della mia pelle. Quello che al momento non posso digerire, lo affido alla mente più grande dell'Infinito, quello che il mio cuore al momento non può abbracciare, lo affido al Cuore Immortale dell'Universo.

What is life and that energy that characterizes us? I went a bit beyond the limits of my apparent physical body and I experimented with my body as the source and at the same time point where manifest themselves and then "end, meaning they arrive at their end" energy and consciousness. The manifestation on this physical plane is a focus that the universe is about us and about our energy. Our energy is supplied-directly or indirectly-from various parts and dimensions of the universe. As far as I'm concerned I commend many of my daily tasks to my light bodies, and it is for this reason that my physical body handles much better reasons that once gave me trouble and pain. I also learned to think with a larger mind, a mind that goes beyond the physical brain. And so I started to "read" the synchronicity inside me and my environment. My physical energy that I perceive as a sacred fire that goes beyond the boundaries of my skin. What at the moment I can't digest, so I commend the Greatest mind of the infinite, what my heart at the moment cannot embrace, I foster at the Immortal heart of the Universe.

Really I can "see" these pillars of light most of the night... even when there are no ice crystals indeed... it is a very subtle current of energy... that connects the Earth with the Space and the Universe. Obviously the pillars of light exist even in the daylight, but they can be perceived only on a more subtle level.

It is the consciousness that does stand the tree, is the consciousness that moves its branches with the wind, is the consciousness that creates the fire of the stars. Consciousness is so strong that sometimes we can't even perceive it. -Vanessa

The Universe is, first of all, Consciousness. - L'Universo è, prima di tutto, coscienza.

Meditative people - Persone in stati meditativi

Meditative people are often called "sleeping in daylight ones" by the others that (want to) see almost only the 3 dimensional "reality". The problem is that thinking in a multi-dimensional way requires more level of thoughts in the same time. I often feel like a radio that receives radio-waves from different worlds and directions. I learned to breathe from the different chakras on a subtle level of energies. From outside I seem "slow and calm", but I am immerse in an ocean of information.

Le persone che amano stare in stati meditativi sono spesso chiamate "quelle che sognano ad occhi aperti" dalle altre che vedono (o meglio, vogliono vedere) quasi solamente il mondo della realtà a tre dimensioni. Il problema è che il pensare in maniera multi-dimensionale richiede molti livelli di pensiero allo stesso tempo. Io spesso mi sento come una radio che riceve onde trasmesse da diversi mondi e direzioni. Ho imparato a respirare energeticamente dai differenti chakra (a livello di energie sottili). Vista da fuori sembro "lenta e calma", ma sono immersa in un oceano di informazioni.

The existence itself is a language - L'esistenza stessa è un linguaggio

Here on Planet Earth we are all terrestrial beings... we are all different and beautiful. Each of us speaks a special language.

The existence itself is a language, the posture, the walking, everything is expression of being. Us terrestrial humans we consider ourselves "superior" to other beings... maybe because we think to be the only one with the ability to speak. But actually every being has got its her or his language. In other planets is encouraged to eat vegetables because it increases the respect among beings. Actually even the plants suffer losing their lives... we need always to be thankful to them for offering their lives for our survival. The plants are beautiful beings that connect the soil to the light of the stars and eating plants we tend to do the same... we help our Spirit to reach our Star.

 Humanoids in the Universe exist in many different "species" and also on planet Earth we are a beautiful mixture of slightly different species of humanoids, this is why we have different blood types and we have different needs in nutrition. Some for example can't digest some grains with gluten...

A good piece of advice - Un buon consiglio

Yesterday I read this good piece of advice somewhere on internet: "Meditate every day. In the stillness, you will find your true being. In the silence you will hear the breathing of your soul - and of God. Ask yourself: Can you give fifteen minutes each morning and fifteen minutes each evening to God?"

To be honest I meditate continuously... it is difficult to explain, but at least a part of me never leaves the meditation  - without this continuous meditation there is no life for me.

A part of me never leaves the connection with the paradise where I come from, because I want to see the paradise on Earth, or I want to go back to my paradise. The guardians of prison Earth don't want to give a chance to people like me, but what they will achieve when every person will be a mere receptacle of their idea of violent life?

Ieri ho letto questo buon consiglio da qualche parte su internet: "Medita ogni giorno. In silenzio, tu troverai il tuo vero essere. Nel silenzio ascolterai il respiro della tua anima - e di Dio. Chiedi a te stesso: puoi dare quindici minuti ogni mattina e quindici minuti ogni sera a Dio?"

A dire il vero io medito continuamente... è difficile da spiegare, ma almeno una parte di me non lascia mai la meditazione - senza questa continua meditazione non c'è vita per me.

Una parte di me non lascia mai la connessione con il paradiso da cui provengo, perché io voglio vedere il paradiso in Terra, oppure voglio tornare indietro al mio paradiso. I guardiani della prigione Terra non vogliono dare una occasione alla gente come me. Ma che cosa avranno ottenuto quando ogni persona sarà ridotta ad essere un semplice contenitore per la loro idea di vita violenta?

I paradisi dello spazio - Space's heavens

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di nascere in uno dei paradisi dello spazio, condividiamo questa consapevolezza e aiutiamoci nella letizia e nel bisogno, trasformiamo la competizione in espressione delle differenze. Facciamo spazio ad ognuno per esistere in pace.

We were lucky enough to be born in one of the space's heavens, we share this understanding and helping one another in gladness and in need, we transform the competition into an expression of differences. We make room for everyone to exist in peace.
